My Approach​

1. After initial contact via online or letter, a telephone call is made to assess future potential discussion.

2. If we both conclude on moving forward, we select a suitable time for further discussion so we can understand each other's objectives.

3. If a conclusion is made to move forward, I will send over an NDA for both of us to sign.

4. Upon both parties sign the NDA, I will be required to see a standard sets of company financial for the last 3 years includes Profit and Loss Accounts: Balance Sheets, Bank statements, Details of liens, Debts on the company and any other relevant information about your business.

5. The information will be review by my professional partners and me. If the decision is to move forward, both parties can agree on an initial offer to further due diligence and finance.

6. If our expectations are close, I will meet with you face to face and discuss the deal directly.

7. With the price and details agreed and assuming that due diligence (financial, commercial and legal) does not uncover previously unknown issues, I will move to close the deal quickly.
